    The Penthouse Residence is rich in exterior spaces, featuring  three private terraces, perfect for admiring the views, sun-bathing or al-fresco dining.  Your private 13 metre lap pool beckons from  the terrace.


    The property boasts a fully-equipped and modern, open-plan kitchen (with refrigerator, induction stove, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine) set next to the  dining room,  that can seat ten for parties or family get-togethers. 

     

    The spacious living room is decorated with carefully crafted furniture, contemporary art, modern lighting, and a hi-tech  LCD TV, DVD player and IPOD player.

     

    Its four king-bedded bedrooms each features walk-in closets, an LCD TV and DVD player. Each private bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower, toilet, double vanity washbasin, superior amenities and blue mood lighting.
